Hey there! I’m Julie Sloan, Health Coach, Certified Independent Wildfit Coach, wellness seeker, and self-care commando. I help people transform their health and their relationship with food through a 90-day challenge focused on mindset and nutrition. Additional offerings include one-on-one coaching, reset programs, and a thriving alumni community.

And while I can help pretty much anyone who eats, I’ve got special expertise with people managing chronic pain, middle-aged women (I am one!), entertainment workers, those whose work schedules put them directly in the line of fire of restaurants and catering, and stepparents (if you know, you know).
